1. About PageNow

PageNow provides professionally designed business pages for businesses and self-employed professionals.

By subscribing to PageNow, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Subscription & Payments

PageNow is provided on a monthly subscription basis.

Your subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled.

Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to change our pricing in the future. If we do, we'll give existing customers reasonable notice before any changes take effect.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

When your subscription ends, your PageNow page will be taken offline.

4. Your Content

You are responsible for any information, images, reviews, logos, or other content you provide to us.

By providing content to PageNow, you confirm that:

You own the content or have permission to use it.
The content does not infringe any third-party rights.
The content is lawful, accurate, and not misleading.

We reserve the right to refuse or remove content that we believe is unlawful, offensive, misleading, or inappropriate.

5. Page Publication

We reserve the right to refuse publication of any business, content, or activity that we believe is unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable for the PageNow platform.

6. Updates to Your Page

Customers can request updates to their PageNow page at any time using the methods provided.

While we aim to process updates promptly, we do not guarantee specific turnaround times.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information displayed on their PageNow page remains accurate and up to date.

7. Domain Connections

If you request the use of an existing domain name, PageNow will make reasonable efforts to assist with connecting or redirecting your domain to your PageNow page.

However, we cannot guarantee the availability, operation, or ongoing performance of any third-party domain registrar, hosting provider, or domain-related service.

8. Availability

We aim to keep PageNow available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

From time to time, maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may affect availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PageNow shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to PageNow during the previous 12 months.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

10. Changes to the Service

We may update, modify, improve, or discontinue parts of the PageNow service from time to time.

Where changes materially affect customers, we will provide reasonable notice where possible.

11. Privacy

Your use of PageNow is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
